Richey Edwards - Is he really dead?

Investigators have been baffled over Richey's dissapearance. I would like to believe that he is living in the Canary Islands in luxury someplace, but it is more likely that he is dead. It's a real shame really, he brought a lot to the Manics and not many realise it. So do you think he really is dead? Or is there a chance he is alive somewhere?
